Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RC1YGH8LX7AMG The 'boat' shape makes the waffles perfect for filling. They cook fast. The timer helps a lot so you aren't guessing if the waffles are done. This makes for a good date night. Who doesn't like breakfast for dinner?

My wife is looking for a waffle maker for a long time. We were searching around and asking around. Finally, we decided to get the VillaWare UNO Boat Waffler.

We have owned it for a week and are very happy with it. It's very easy to operate. It's real "non-stick". We have used it for four times (in a week) and it's absolutely clean.

Although there are much cheaper waffle maker in the market, I highly recommand this.
Perfect little waffle maker!

I bought this waffle maker a little over a month ago and I can't get enough of it. We use it at least 2-3 times a week. We love these waffles for breakfast or dessert. I was concerned when I purchased this that it could only be used for dessert waffles because of the shape, but it makes great breakfast waffles as well. Another great thing about this is that you can put leftovers in the fridge and then use the waffle maker to reheat them the next day, that way they will still be crisp.

They are much less messy than regular waffles because they hold everything in - syrup, icecream, even chicken salad (recipes and suggestions comes with waffle maker). The waffle maker is also very easy to clean. I tried making one of the recipes in the book that came with the waffle maker, but have since just used Krusteaz mix because it is easier.

I took the waffle maker into work last week (I'm a teacher) for a special treat for the kids. All the kids loved it and I also had quite a few adults who "conveniently" stopped by my room. ALL of the adults raved about how great the waffles were and what a neat invention the waffle boat maker is. Quite a few asked where they could buy it.

After alot of searching, I am glad that I decided on this waffle maker. The price and the quality make it a great choice for anyone looking for a breakfast/dessert waffle maker.
Foolproof perfection

Out of the box and working wonders. I originally experienced the boat shaped waffles at The Boars Head Inn in Charlottesburg Virginia. The stay was great(I would recommend the Inn to everyone)and the waffles filled with fresh strawberries and sweetened cream were to die for. The waffles from the Villaware exceeded my expectations. I can't wait for fresh fruit season again but in the mean time the boats will hold poached eggs nicely as well as ice cream and toppings. I recently tried a pound cake recipe for waffles out of the manual it too is fabulous. Love this product.

I bought this for 20$ from Stonewall Kitchen. I love it. I didn't exactly know what a waffle boat was but took a chance. My kids love it. I make them ahead, freeze them, pop them in the toaster over to crisp them back up. Fill w/ fruit or chocolate and some whipped cream. Delish!
